Open Question: I need help picking out new winter boots (for work as a guy)?

So I live in Vermont, and its time the leaves start changing colors. I have a job as a Bellman, carrying luggage at a hotel for guests. However, they need to be dressy. Is there such thing as a dressy pair of boots, that have insulation and comfort? Mind you they will have to match dress pants (black and khaki). I found a few fairs that looked nice, but the rubber on the bottom was either hard cheap plastic, or was an inch and a half thick. Laces are a must. Heels are okay, so long as they aren't crazy. Yes, im very picky. I have 130ish limit on price. (covered by the hotel). I'm basically trying to find boots that match a suit. But I'm killing myself over going through hundreds of pages.
